Wanna join this place? Hope you like random fees and horrible customer service.
I signed up as a "preferred member" which runs about $20.95 a month. When I went to downgrade my service I was told there was a $29 "downgrade" fee. I then chose to cancel, but that cannot be done at the location. It has to be done via phone and it's next to impossible to get someone on the line. Once I got them on the line they hit me with the news that I'd be paying an "annual member fee" of an additional $40. Finally I just canceled.
EoS fitness ropes you in with low rates, but once they get your credit card number all bets are off. This business is dishonest and takes advantage of people who don't read the "fine print". I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with this place.
And for the facility? All of the trips I made there was something not working.
As a member of 2 years who paid on time every month this is not how you should treat your customers.

I was contacted by Brian, a fitness manager who did his best to rectify the situation. Brian was professional and provided a reasonable solution. I'm still not thrilled about the annual fee, but as a consumer I understand that most gyms have these. I appreciate the fact the business reached out and and made an effort.
