  • Terrible experience. After reading the reviews, I thought I would give this place a try. The girl I had couldn't understand English very well which wouldn't have been a problem except I wanted a particular design and she couldn't understand what I was asking. I showed her pictures and she couldn't do any type of design and I was told they could do any. After she was through she just left me sitting there. The owner/manager walked over and started doing someone else's nails. When I asked him if i should just go up front to check out, he acted as if it was some inconvenience for him to stop what he was doing to go do that. He was very busy and asked me for a receipt twice and said, "thanks for coming again." I've never been there before. Each of these things alone wouldn't have been too big of an issue. But combined, made for a terrible experience and I'll never come back.
