Went here yesterday for lunch. When we go to Unionville, we tend to go to this establishment since the other restaurants always look empty. So yesterday, it was a busy lunch crowd and I ordered the Souvlaki with rice, and greek salad. My husband ordered the Veal Parmigiana. The male server was cold, almost robotically just going around and getting orders. Got ours, (drinks and food) non of the usual warmth of service you would expect from servers. When my souvlaki was served, they gave me a plain steamed rice instead of the regular Greek rice. Nothing was said, I wasn't even informed that they ran out of the usual rice they serve. This is not the first time I ordered this dish from this establishment so I know what to expect. My husband's veal parmigiana was good though. Overall, its paying more for the ambiance of "Unionville" more that the quality of food and service. One piece of advice, maybe they should re-train their servers to provide better customer service as this restaurant has potential compared to others in the location. This is one meal I definitely felt I overpaid for, considering the quality of food and service I received. I should have not tipped :)
