  • I have not had to many issues with the dry cleaning but with the alterations they have basically ruined a pair of my pants. I thought it would be simple as it was only a hem. When she pinned for the hem she stuck in a safety pin on both legs and I asked at the time if she was sure that she shouldn't hem them all the way around rather than just use a safety pin. well when I went to pick up the pants one leg was shorter than the other and the hem had been cut so I was concerned about the redo. They assured me no problem. Not the case it is still not right and I will not go back as I am afraid they will cut off the entire hem. I will look for someone else to redo their mistakes. Also, I took in a pair of jeans that needed a snap on the front. I asked if I could have before the alteration on the pants was done. It was a simple snap to put on. She said if I got them dry cleaned they would have done early. They did a very poor job with a simple snap and they dry cleaned which was around 6.50 and charged me another 1.50 for the snap. I don't usually dry clean my jeans. I will never go back as they don't seem very customer service oriented and don't seem to care if they do a good job. They have been in business 50 years at the rate they are going they won't be in business long as their are much better and cleaner facilities out there.
