  • This company and their over priced services are trash. The over priced internet never works but it's a monopoly and they control Las Vegas. I didn't know the services came with unplugging and plugging their provided garbage router/modems 50x a day. Customer service is the worst. Wish you could rate -5 stars. Can we please bring other competitors this company is the worse. They double charged me while Putting my money in another account could not find my payment told me my bank declined which was a lie and then did not want to return my money. Sad this is what we come to they allow big companies to steal from hard working honest people. But if I went to one of their stores and took money that didn't belong to me I would be in jail right now. But big company's like this can just steal from you and brush you off what a joke our system has become.
