  • Compared to other Embassy suites this one is lacking. I stayed here twice this past week in two different rooms. Room 1 was short on towels and had peeling wallpaper. Toilet supply line was leaking. Room 2 was dirty- crumbs on the desk and there was a clothes hanger under the sheets on the bed (!?!?) and the shower curtain was torn. In addition it was obvious the cleaning crew was poorly engaged and managed. Breakfast was just OK. I imagine that soon this hotel will change to a lesser brand and lower customer expectations. As for me, I will find someplace different to stay.
