  • Disappointed. Pool looked great when it was finished, but trying to get any help for later issues under warranty is impossible. They never return calls. Last call, she hung up on me after placing me on hold. This was my 4th or 5th attempt to schedule a service call in about 2 weeks of trying. Now, at 2pm, the office is closed message is on, with no ability to even leave any message. They promise good service, but after the pool is done they don't deliver.
