Was referred by a friend. Showed up without an appointment for a pedal and saddle swap along with a gear adjustment. Got it back the following day even though they were booking two weeks in advance.
I went for a ride a few days later and unfortunately the ride pedal wasn't tighten ( in error) and it fell out during my first ride of the season - which I was disappointed about.
I took it back and the sales person helping me took the bike in again with no appointment. The mechanic Mike called me personally to apologize and offered me a free upgraded crank at no charge.
I was very pleased about this and he also got the bike back to me within a few hours.
Problems happen in business - it's just a fact of doing business. It's how they are handled that make the difference.
They have earned my repeat business and I would definitely refer to them.
