  • If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE CARMAX MAX CARE WARRANTY! They are the biggest crooks on the planet. They make it imposes to get your car repaired or to speak to someone on the phone or in writing. Because of their lack of communication with us I was forced to hire an attorney, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, wasted countless hours on the phone and suffered extreme disappointment and anxiety from not being able to get anywhere with this company. It has been nine months that my vehicle has been in operable and I have yet to get a return response from someone at this company. I am now forced to start arbitration Which is just as difficult as getting your car repaired because the only way to start arbitration is to schedule a date with Max care warranty and you know how that goes. Crickets crickets crickets. They will avoid contact at all costs to not hold responsibility. Do yourself a huge favor and purchase independent warranty.
