  • I rented a car for 4 days and prepaid online. I paid to have satellite radio and it never worked the entire time. The woman who rented me the car at this location was aware of the issue and told me id have to contact someone over the phone to get the refund for it because since it was prepaid they couldnt do it at the location. Ive been trying to contact someone for 6 days now and still have not been able to get this issue resolved let alone get ahold of someone!
