Feb 9/15 - I just spent 35+ minutes on hold to speak to someone at Porter who could tell me what flight statuses are from New York to Toronto for today. The call turned over to ring to another line which was then immediately placed back on the queue to hold.
No matter how urgent the inquiry is, Porter Airlines does not take care about answering calls from clients or others seeking information about flight delays and cancellations.
I would not recommend anyone use Porter.
