  • Definitely a mixed review for me. I am a total newbie to biking, and my first call was taken by a female who was so helpful and patient with all my questions. I decided that I would definitely bring my bike and my husband's bike in for what we needed. The next day I called to ask how long the service would take, and I spoke with a guy who was a rude jerk. I didn't want to take the chance that he would take care of me when I brought my bikes in, so I went to another bike shop near by where EVERYONE was nice and helpful.
