  • I would give less then one star if it was an option. Made an appointment for 3 pedis. Verified the location twice. Eastern next to serene? Yes. Confirmed twice. Walked into two of the rudest women I've experienced in all my years of going to salons. High end salons not strip mall salons. An "I'm sorry, we have you down for our other salon, Let me see of we can accommodate you here" zero customer service. Just nasty Smirks and laughing. Will definitely be telling everyone I encounter not to go here!!! With all the options in the valley. Your customer service should be on point.
