  • Terrible customer service. I was looking to get my windows tinted without spending a ton of money and saw the sign for these guys. I called and went up there on. Saturday to be told that it would be a four hour wait. I figured I would come back on another day when they weren't so busy. I called ahead and they didnt have anyone in line so I told them I would be there in about an hour as I live quite a distance away and the 17 is always jammed. They said that would be fine. I got there in 45 minutes and no one talked to me or acknowledged me even though there were several people standing around. When someome finally talked to us, we were told again there were two cars with appointments now and i would be waiting at least 3 hours, regardless of trying to call ahead for a so called "appointment". The guy tried to offer another appointment for the next day, but I had already driven up there twice when they said they could do it just to be told people were now ahead of me. I wouldnt waste my time with this place ever again.
