  • My appointment was uneventful (That's a good thing). My appointment only took 15 minutes longer than quoted, which was fantastic, I usually resign myself to thinking I will be there all day. Manny was super nice, and answered all of my questions, he wasn't pushy about any repairs or services, he recommended some items and gave me quotes on the items I requested without pressuring me. I didn't have to ask to get a recall fixed, which is great, because I has NO idea there was a recall. All good things. I felt like I didn't have to say much and everything was taken care of. As a woman of few words, that was greatly appreciated.
