  • Never. Ever. Use this company. When we moved into our home, it wasn't cleaned nor cleared of the previous tenants trash and belongings. We were told in the three days it took them to go in and clean that we would receive a refund on those dates and still haven't. When we moved in we were still finding clothes, jewelry making tools, used wash clothes, and there were oil spots on the ceilings. Then right after we moved in the washer and dryer broke, to which they DO NOT deal with so we had to buy our own. They also never gave us a mail key and we had to pay for that service ourselves. The unit was never looked over; after move in the dryer vent needed cleaning (three bags of lint was removed) and our ac went out because the coil was filthy and the wiring was wrapped in duct tape causing it to burn and ash. The air filter is a specialty size, but they don't care and gave me a roll of mesh to "stick in there" to act as a filter. I am so incredibly frustrated by the lack of empathy and professionalism.
