I purchased a Prius here and I love my Prius. I also bought an extended car care program. Well, I have taken it in to get routine service on a regular basis and my service advisor, Chris, has always been aloof and non-engaging. Recently my car needed repair and thank God I was in the East Valley where it was towed to Riverview Toyota.Riverview's service was amazing! After the incident, I brought my car to LM and to Chris for an oil change. Chris again was pissy and blankly told me my car care program had expired 10k miles ago (as an advisor, wasn't he supposed to advise me of this?) and told me my oil change will cost me $65! I said forget it and left. I decided to drive waaaay out of my way to take my car to Riverview where the service was amazing. Also, I sent an email to the service manager, Rick, and of course, no response. I will pay more for good service. It is NOT here my friends!
