I've never been so furious in a dining situation. I walked in without a reservation - the host could not have been more cold/rude. I didn't think much if it at first until he started seating others who walked in after me without reservations. I waited patiently until the point where I counted SIX open tables. At this point I have waited over an hour and fifteen minutes. It wasn't until I got visibly upset that I was seated. For a place that prides themselves on customer service they should be embarrassed. I can easily spend $100 on a dinner for one at a number of other restaurants down the street. Needless to say, I'll be taking my money elsewhere from now on and never come back.
