  • Poor communication from staff, ignored pleas for the bathroom despite being unable to do on my own, being told by staff they are moving you to another room without explanation, physician failed to reference ICA on scripts, hospital seemingly unable to verify existence of subscribing physician or actual script causing delay at pharmacy, typographical errors at registration blocked access to my medical record portal, sub-standard quality of care all around (ER visit) would not use facility again.
