Worst experience I've ever had at a solon. I went on a Groupon that was a gift for a Blowout.
1. Location was difficult to find
2. There was no one at the front so I walked around saying "Hello" through this maze of rooms until someone told me to wait in the front for someone to check me in.
3. My hair stylest was late and while I was waiting for her in a 10x10 room with a couple of chairs, she walked by with her purse in one hand and her lunch in the other muffling "I'll be right with you" while she was still chewing her food.
4. There was also another women that worked there chasing around a two year old. She asked me if I would like a water, I said yes and when she came back with a quarter filled styrofoam cup, she stated that she need to find a man to change out the bottle on the water cooler.
5. The stylest never asked how I wanted my hair styled and she just blow dryed it straight with 0 styling. This was after she upsaled me on a conditioning treatment ($20)
6. When I went to check out, the women that was chasing the two year old was now holding the child and informed me that they no longer accept Groupon and that I needed to pay in cash. Even though when I booked the appointment I was asked to give them my Groupon number and that they will not book the appointment with out it. I was very confused on their procedure but I told her that the Groupon was good and that she already has my Groupon number and when I went to pull it up, it was gone. She said that she already redeemed it before I checked in so I said then we're good on the services and gave her the $20 I owed for the conditioning treatment and informed her that I would not be returning in the future, nor will I recommend her salon and that I would be informing Groupon of my horrific experience.
