  • We called last week when our unit went out - the girl said Friday. Friday no one showed They promised a repair person first thing Monday. No one showed. We called twice Monday and were told someone would be here Monday. No one showed or called back. We called this morning and were told we needed to wait two more days. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me four times and you get a bad Yelp review where I tell the world what happened. Call this company if you don't mind getting jacked around - but I will give them this much - they're damn good at making excuses. You need a lesson in Customer Service and how to schedule appointments without overcommitting.
