  • First of all my name is Stefan. They are clearly not stating the facts as the sofa was already replaced once for this same issue and now they don't consider it anymore as an issue: strange. Nobody can explain how the couch can look like that after three months of bare usage but somehow it is not a defect. Why are you guys offering a foam replacement then if nothinng is wrong?
