  • Let me start by saying that i LOVE DOLCE at Borgotta. The girls at the desk there are super friendly, helpful and very nice. The massage therapists (I mostly go for these) are great! I went to Dolce at Arrowhead recently and expected the same service. Not so much. Only one girl at the desk was helpful, the others were rude and didn't acknowledge anyone that walked in. They also dressed very casually. At Borgotta, they all dress very nice, cute outfits but professional. One girl at Arrowhead was wearing jeans and a flannel shirt. My massage there was just ok. it was rough- i moved all over the table! it was not smooth and relaxing at all. I would say it was horrible but the therapist did work out a knot i had so that was good. I dont like the session after the massage where they sell you on product. I dont mind it at the desk upon check out, but right after the massage, still in the massage room is too much. i dont think i will ever go back to this location. Borgotta is amazing. I have not been to the Chandler location yet.
