  • This is THE place to get your Jamaican patties. As far as taste goes the crust is flaky and buttery and the filling is savoury and well seasoned. Now the filling is thin but you have to remember you're only paying $1.80 per patty so it's more of a snack than a meal. Plus they use 100% meat in their patties, no fillers. Carol L. - it does look like you had a bad patty but I'm sure if you would have brought it up to the attention of the staff they would have replaced it with a fresh one. I've never had a bad patty from them but I've always ordered the ones warm from the oven. My favorite ones are the spicy beef and goat. I also buy their individual Appleton Rum Cake and chocolate rum cake. Cakes are oh so moist with just enough sweetness.
