  • To update my last review which had been favourable, I am now now longer a customer. When I went to the PM site to change my plan as I was travelling for two month and wanted to minimize my service I found it refused to reduce my plan but was still happy to take my money. It is impossible to get a response from this company so I changed providers and walked away from the funds in my PM account. Nice service ruined by bad billing.
