  • Convenient when the weather is good. If it's foggy or any spec of rain be prepared for delays. I waited four hours to get on a flight from toronto to Newark because of rain clouds. Also you don't feel safe on the plane you feel all of the turbulence. I never use this airline in the winter for that reason. Also what happened to the inflight meals and lounge drinks? What made you good is now gone. Someone in strategy at porter should let them know they're chipping away at their key success factors.
