  • Worst place I ever lived my kitchen floor came up after moving in from moisture underneath the flooring and it happened 3 times and it took them 2 months to get it correct and not one they ever took a discount off my rent. THE WORKERS LEFT CONCRETE & DIRT ON MY CARPET AND I HAD TO LIVE WITHOUT A KITCHEN FLOOR FOR 1week!!!!! I turned in my key 2 days early after leaving and they are trying to charge a full month of rent and the sales guy never said anything about me owing if I turned my key in 2 days early..... Continue next ZERO STARS worst customer service and has gone thru so many workers Then the sales guy wanted my dogs shot records as a picture which I thought was very odd and they tried to charge me extra fees because they said I had a dirty oven which was a lie. I made sure I took advantage of having my carpet cleaned which is the service they give but never tell anyone. I will never move into a Fairfield complex EVER AGAIN!!!!
