Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! They follow the old school car sales model of trying to screw the customer at every point of the process. I should have left when the advertised price of the car was not the real price of the car. But, I needed a car. At the very last minute (after days of negotiating price and an hour of signing papers in the finance office), I was sold a must-have alarm system for my new car. It cost $340. Two weeks later, the alarm goes off randomly (a certain sequence of using the Honda clicker and door locks, that I have yet to figure out). So, I took it in to have the alarm turned off. But, they can't give me a refund - it is in the contract and written in "stone." - exact words. What a bunch of crap. I think I'll report this to the Attorney General.
