  • Terrible experience went in for a fill as well as pedicure spent $84 in there with the past at the same polish on my toes clearly did not didn't notice till the next day because that look totally different in the sunlight call them at them now went back for them to correct it and got nothing but bad attitude I like the way my nails looked however the cuticles on my hands needed to be filed more as there was product left all on the sides apparently the nail technician stated it must be me and I'm allergic to the products I explained up and getting my nails done for over 35 years and that happened no allergies they just simply needed to filed more is all two minutes to correct... I felt completely uncomfortable as well as the gentleman Richard he was rude about the whole situation I asked if I could change my appointment that my husband and I had appointment set for the following couple of weeks with somebody else and then proceeded to get a call from BJ The next day and he says nobody wants to do me in their shop because I'm too picky... seriously the proof is in the putting look at the pictures you tell me if that's Picky or A job that wasn't done properly to begin with.... Shame on you guys whatever happened to making the customer happy and the customer is always right you'll be out of business soon if u keep treating people that way!!!! They could've received a lot of referrals from me as I've been a resident for over 22 years and I licensed agent for over 17 I will make sure to tell everybody not to go to that shop of course when I asked for it to be discussed with the owner I was told owners are in California and probably won't call you!!! again great service... i'm quite certain Richard the one who did my nails initially is the owner again bad service
