  • Long story short, got talked into a cut I didn't want and made appointment to get what I really wanted. Arrived and was told it was cancelled and they had tried to contact me and left message. They had the correct number and I never received anything on my voicemail. They told me they couldn't do anything and no one was available even though they screwed up. Three days later they called to confirm my appointment an appointment I didn't have and two weeks later they did it again. I will never go back for a cut I could have gotten at great clips but paid an arm and a leg for!!!
