  • Extremely disappointed in customer service. The checkout attendant was extremely rude and snippity. Which is sad because we are doing a large scale renovation. We even brought up items from garden and it was too cumbersome for Susan. Susan even through us attitude we she asked what the bricks cost, as if she thought we were lying in the reporting of a cost of $1.86 per brick. A friend was even target of Susan's distrust when she scooted forward with the cart to make room for me (5 months pregnant) and my mom. She was chastised by Susan to bring the cart contents back into view. This poor treatment continued even when we paid with a gift card and our friend offered to take our items to the car. the card had already gone through and we were waiting on a recipe to print, our family friend was chastised and told to wait until it was fully processed. The only positive experience was when returning a light fixture, perhaps consider expanding your staff to contain more helpful individuals like the man who helped us. We will most likely be going to Lowe's in the future.
