| - LOVE IT!! This is really my kind of place - near my house, great food and what you may consider a "hole in the wall."
There are maybe only 8 tables, so be prepared to wait if it's busy. Luckily, we were there on a Tuesday night and it was pretty slow. We were immediately seated and given some time to look over the menu.
Our server was a bit awkward, but it's no big deal. You really get your money's worth here - I ordered the chicken piccata, which may have been some of the best I've ever had. To start, we were served fresh out of the oven baked bread with oil and vinegar. Then we had a really good starter salad. I was surprised at the quality of this salad - the lettuce was crisp and fresh, they added artichoke hearts, cheese, tomatoes, etc.
Along with your entree, you get a choice of pasta with either marinara or garlic and oil. It wasn't too big of a portion and was a perfect complement to my meal. The flavor of the wine sauce and the chicken was fantastic! I took home leftovers, which I had in my lunch at work the next day and everyone was very jealous.
It was so good, and very reasonably priced and I can't wait to go back!! It was a perfect date night.
