I went to biagio yesterday for the first time. Though I have two other salons that I usually go to, i was tempted to try this place because I heard they have a good leg massage with their pedicures. My cousin has been a few times and expressed relatively good things.
It is pretty inside - remodeled and clean. It doesn't feel like a "spa" to me (like some comments state) but rather just a nicely remodeled nail salon.
I did make an appt about 1.5 hours before so there was no wait.
Friendly staff.
But, limited color selections (for regular polish) and they all looked old is one reason for the 3 stars.
My nail tech did okay. It was a nice leg massage compared to some of the other places where they just gently rub your legs. But the whole pedicure was so fast!! I was done in 24 minutes! (Basic pedi) I guess that's good if you are in a hurry.
The weird part to me was that there is a shoulder massage with every pedicure. I don't mind massages but it wasn't very relaxing being messages on the shoulders while sitting next to a stranger at the table where you let your toes dry.
I would go back if I was in a rush and looking to pay less ($24 when I paid in cash + $5 tip) otherwise I'll go to my usual places.
