  • This company uses fabulous contractors but the staff of Tribal Waters do not know how to communicate with their customers. Every step of the way we were NOT notified, informed or communicated with. So much so that when it came to filling the pool, we were supposed to be out of town, no one called or checked to see if anyone would be home to turn off the two hoses that they left in the pool running full blast. The owner made an appt to come out and "start" the pol up for us - he snuk into the back yard early in the morning and never called or contacted us to let us know he would not be at the previously scheduled appt. He probably should not have wondered why we refused to let his company take pictures of our pool for advertising purposes when all was done.
