  • The Fry bread itself is fantastic. Too bad everything Emerson puts on it isn't. It's not bad, but there's nothing special about it. No seasoning. No sauce. Just a pile of bland mexican food tossed on top of the bread. Emerson is a regular at Food Truck Friday, and appears to have fans all over the valley. I suggest hitting up the truck for a good snack, but avoid the meals.
