I have been coming to this location for a very long time and yet again I had a bad customer service experience but now I'm finally voicing it. Tonight, me and my boyfriend came to see the new Deadpool movie. We got there, for the seats we wanted, and tried to pay. Both of our cards said declined when he had money in his and I used my credit card and t kept saying it. I grabbed someone and she said it was down and moved us and when we went over someone already bought our seats and they were the last ones. The employee didn't even say sorry. My boyfriend bought ones for the next showing but THIS SHOULDNT HAPPEN! And she made us pay full price when she said "oops look like someone bought them in the 5 seconds of you transferring over here". Not an "I'm sorry let me make it up". I'm huge on customer experience and customer satisfaction because my business is in that and IM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED IN HOW I WAS TREATED TONIGHT. It's so sad to see such a big company not value their customers. Guess I'll be switching
