| - I could not have more complaints, which is disappointing because I really needed a physician.
Five times, they lost my medical records.
Twice because they were combining my records with another patient and three times because "they just could not find it."
This team confirmed to my Primary Care Physician that they had received my records but had me hand deliver my records twice, only to have it filed under another patient's name and lost.
When I confronted the office manager with this information, as they claimed they could not schedule an appointment for me due to missing or outdated paperwork, I was surprised that instead of double checking her records she became hostile towards me and stated things out of context of our conversation.
I could forgive a mistake in paperwork, even multiple times, but to deny someone medical care as a means to deny disorder and become hostile to a patient who is trying to help the staff have order, is unreconcilable. This facility has explaining to do, to me, the patients they confused my records with and my primary care physician whose staff sent a referral to multiple times.
I never met the doctor, but if the apathy to do what is right for the patient by Dr. Rehmena's staff, is a reflection of her apathy for patient care, and if the lack of care they have in meeting me, a Type 1 Diabetic post-surgery patient, is a reflection of the lack of care they have for other patients - I would hold her license to practice should be reviewed. Their is no excuse for this level of negligence.
