  • I came here for the first time on black Friday. The store has really nice looking clothes and large amount of inventory. I don't know why I have never shopped in an Old Navy before, but I will be coming back. I bought a few pairs of pants and jeans and they fit so incredibly well on me. They were on sale for 50% off but even if they weren't on sale, I thought they were all reasonably priced. The pants and the jean material feels soft. I don't know how well they will hold up with wear. The store set up could have been a little better laid out. I feel like going in and looking around it's hard to see everything and it's a little overwhelming. You walk in and it's like bam! right in your face and it never stops. It felt like there was product from the ceiling to the floor and every nook and cranny in between. I don't know if it was just like that for black Friday, but it was intense. The girl that helped us at the register was incredibly nice and patient. She seemed to be in really good spirits considering it was close to the end of her shift and closing of the store.
