  • My purchase experience was great but my maintenance experience was surprisingly unsatisfactory. Shortly after purchasing my truck my sunroof frame broke ($600 part) and was not covered under my "bumper to bumper" warranty at the time per the Autonation Service Department at the GMC West Sahara location, then my tire sensors went on after I took it in for a tire rotation and Autonation GMC Henderson and they couldn't get it off even after I purchased new sensors at the time so I had to fight for a refund after taking it in three times. I love the products and general service but I have a bad taste in my mouth with the company in general after dealing with that on my truck. It's hard for me to recommend after that. The lights on my dash and inoperable sun roof remind me every time I get in my truck. :-(
