  • The technician (Mr McCray) did an excellent job with the service on my furnace. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. This is the second time that he has completed a service on my hvac and seemed to remember the prior visit. I like that he made me feel like a customer and not just another number. Because of him, I would recommend MTB to others.
