  • I was under the impression that I was booking a La Quinta Inn. When I showed up to check-in, it was actually called Crosslands Metro North. The hotel room was the worst "room" I've ever seen in my life. The staff was so rude and unprofessional, the room hadn't been cleaned in probably 10 years, and I am so disapointed that Expedia set me up this way. Pay the extra $ and surround yourself by some decent people and in a room. NOT WORTH IT- AVOID.
