  • By far one of the best Hot Yoga places in town! Instructors are all knowledgeable and friendly. Large modern hot studio (no feet in my face), roomy entrance area with plenty of area for coats and shoes, nice lounge area to socialize, huge men's change room compared with any in Toronto with 4 shower stalls! (Compared to 1 or 2 @ other places) with plenty of hot water. Free Lockers with key in exchange for your car/house keys so no need to bring your own locks. Free parking. They have mat and towel rentals for reasonable fee if you forget or don't have one. Membership in Thornhill location allows access to the sister North York location at Yonge & Sheppard and vice versa. I've been to few different hot yoga places in the GTA and this is my fave!! I love this place! :) It's not on the subway line so if you don't drive or live/work in the area, could be pain to get to. But only short walk North from Centre Point Mall or Yonge & Steels. This location had other services like massage and ladies spa services.
