  • A couple months ago i wrote this review and forgot to push "post" ive noticed mcdonalds offers mobile online ordering, im not really sure why but I said I'll try it....oh my God I followed the directions I pulled up in parking spot sign in on the app online and ordered an egg McMuffin and orange Juice it was 6 o'clock in the morning and people didn't come out for about 10 minutes and then it was for other people's food in the car next to me I said OK and then another employee ( both employees spoke broken english) came out and it was for another car they came in after me on the other side of me so I was waiting I waited I think 17 minutes and someone comes outI asked her where is my order and she goes what did you order i showed her order online on my phone and she said they already brought that out someone took my food I'm like you didnt, I mean it was ridiculous the manager came out and yelled at me telling me i already had my food.....i think ole mickey d' s is slipping....it was a JOKE ...i mean to implement an unnecessary basic service and then not even do what the service is supposed to do.......WHY MCDONALDS .....????? The most ridiculous experience and then the manager cusses me out in spanish......????????
