We loved this place. VERY friendly and accommodating staff who helped all of our crew with directions, suggestions for eating out, and even transporting us to a couple of places that were pretty close by so that we didn't have to worry about driving on New Year's Eve!
Very clean and nice rooms. Beautiful pool area and we liked all the sitting areas, both inside and outside! They had pretty outdoor fireplaces for the cool nights, and since we were there with friends, we enjoyed hanging out and visiting.
Sangria's which is their sports bar was a very nice place! Not loud, but just fun with lots of TV's if you wanted to watch games, but they also had GREAT food and drinks and really GREAT service as well!
We were there for the Fiesta Bowl, and the game was on New Year's Day (actually night game) so it was almost midnight before we got back to the hotel. Normally Sangria's is closed by 11pm during the week, but the manager decided to stay open for all the Fiesta Bowl guests (and anybody else) who were on their way back to the hotel after the game. They served food and drinks to the big crowds that came in hungry and thirsty after that game. VERY ACCOMMODATING!
I really cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. They managed our large group with a very gracious spirit, accommodating us with getting rooms close to each other and the beds we desired (King or 2 Queens).
Just had to write a review b/c seems so rare to have hotels/restaurants who really want to accommodate and make everyone enjoy their stay! Kudos to this great staff...from the cleaning crews and those shuttling the van around to the manager!
