  • I have never written a review before on Yelp. If I could give "zero" stars I would. Something very valuable to me is missing and the last time I was had it was at this business. I have been a monthly paying member of this establishment for over a year and a half. One of the therapists, Debbie Cox, has massaged me a few times. Recently, I requested her again. She stated that she was leaving the company. I noticed that my wedding ring is missing. The last place I had it was at this place of business. It never comes off my finger. As a matter of fact it's impossible to remove without any soap. During my treatment, I had mentioned that my hands were extremely sore. Debbie used oil to massage my hands. I called immediately when I discovered it was missing. The receptionist stated she would check the room I used after their client's session was over. I never received a call back. I called again and no return call. I called again requesting to speak with Ms. Cox directly hoping she might have found it on the floor. The receptionist said she would call me back. Again, no call back. I then requested that the owner of the company contact me. I still haven't heard from anyone and it's been over a week now. Why isn't anyone calling me back? Why doesn't the owner return a customer's call? Is the owner not getting my messages? Why doesn't any of the representatives that I talk with help a long-term client and call me back to provide an update?
