  • i keep telling the service person that mondays work, they then schedule me then no one shows up, when i call they gave me some bs that they tried to come by but no one was home, or because of the dogs, i am just so frustrated with their service, we have been loyal customers for the past 16 years and this is the way we have been treated now for the last 2-3 years, very unprofessional and very upsetting. we get removed off the schedule randomly and if i dont call and reschedule they just ignore us. i guess they just dont want my service anymore. i have sent many people throughout the prior years to them for service. NEVER again.
