  • After searching and searching on Yelp as well as phone call after phone call and searching on Google, I finally narrowed it down to this place and decided to give it a shot based on their stellar reviews. I have a 6 month old Cavapoo puppy and it was going to be her very first grooming visit, so I had high hopes on them delivering my expectations. They were able to fit my pup in the same day for a full groom service. The customer service on the phone was pleasant. I wasn't rushed nor were they rude. Very professional compared to other places I have called. We arrived to their establishment and was greeted right away. We felt welcomed by the staff and they seem to genuinely care about your dog and others. The dogs aren't kenneled. They get to roam around and play with other dogs before getting serviced which I find awesome! I also found out that they do doggie daycare which is another plus. We picked up our pup a few hours later and we were completely satisfied with the results of our pup's haircut and our pup was happy. Our groomer was great with her as well as the manager/owner? Of the establishment. They definitely exceeded all of our expectations from customer service and servicing our pup from start to finish. I highly recommend this place! They've earned our future business!
