  • Rochelle does a great job cutting hair, and I'v been to some of the best stylists in the valley. She is also very personable and kind. So why two stars? The main receptionist, who is Rochelle's mom, is consistently unfriendly. It's just a really bad way to begin and end every salon visit. I don't think it's just me because I see her interact with the other clients the same way. Also, if you buy a gift certificate, beware the expiration date. I forgot to bring mine with me for several visits, so I could not use the rest of it it until later. It expired, and that was that. The receptionist was very matter-of-fact about it and totally unsympathetic. Interfacing with a cold receptionist/cashier at a salon and spa, where you expect a little warmth, is like a bucket of ice water. It's just not worth it to me.
