rev:text	Louis the salesman was great. Very accommadating, he said that when we returned they would have the guys land it up for us in the back. I was in the middle of moving and had to get a uhaul so I went and got it and went back, there were five or six guys working back there mind you. One guy greeted us and then took off and a Hispanic guy started moving the pieces we bought out, he TOLD me to grab the other end of the couch to help him load. I had a motorcycle accident a while back and have two slipped disks and had surgery on my knee. I helped to get the couch in. Another guy put the glass top to a kitchen table behind the couch where it was rolling just after he put it in and I had told them to put it in the back of my car instead. Long story short, my wife asked if we needed to sign anything and the Hispanic guy asked who initially helped us. We told him and he just stopped looking at the paperwork and left. The guy who helped us first finally walked out. We had just spent $1200 and that's the way you act??? Come on man. WTH??!!!
