  • I went there with a friend he was buying the car and I just drove him there. We spoke first with a tag team of Caleb and Eli. Anyways the advertized prices on their website aren't what they quote you in person. Before they would run his credit they asked him to sign a piece of paper saying he would promise to buy the car regardless of what the credit score was. They basically asked him to buy a car without knowing what he had to pay. They ran my friend's credit and said it was 667 through Transunion. My friend brought up his credit score on his phone through Credit Karma and it comes up 780? We told them he wasn't going to buy because we wanted to verify the score discrepancy with Credit Karma. They then brought in another salesman named Kevin who proceeded to show us a second credit report they ran through Experian & Equifax showing his credit score was 803! So why not run a credit check on all three and use the highest score or an average of all 3? The only reason to do this is to charge an inflated APR and make more money. I advised my friend not to purchase as everything was seeming pretty sketchy. My buddy said from the first that he only wanted to pay $200-$300 a month so they offer him a payment of $422!! Then Kevin asks "what do we need to do to get you in this car?? Hmm get us a payment between $200-$300 based on my friend's $5,500 down payment and his 803 credit score. Anyways they tried one more last ditch effort and brought in the "sales manager" Daniella. Daniella was nice but my friend kept asking me what he should do and I kept telling him we should walk away and shop around some more. Daniella says " if you know what car you want and what you want to pay why shop?" Maybe because we want to find a better deal?? Overall the whole experience was very heavy handed and full of high pressure sales pitches.
